NBA Comparison

A proper NBA Comparison for Taran Armstrong would be Josh Giddey. Both are guys
who are not gifted physically so they have to make up for their lack of athleticism in skill.
Both are pass-first guards who are have good size and thrive in the PnR as the ball
handler. Both have a very high basketball iq and great feel for the game in the sense
that can can control the game at their own pace. Both are very good passers who can
see angles not many are able to find. Neither are great shot creators and need space to
shoot confidently, especially from range. They both have good motors and have all the
intangibles one could ask for. Biggest area for improvement for both of them is their
strength, neither has the ability keep up with quicker guards and are not strong enough
to contain wings/bigs.
