An NBA comparison for Keyonte George is Anthony Edwards, a true bucket getter with the ability to create for himself on all 3 levels. Both George and Edwards are 6'4 and possess very good upper body strength and use it well to get downhill and finish at the rim. They both are pretty physical players that can finish through contact. Like Edwards, George is very comfortable playing above the rim and has an effortless bounce. They both need improvement on their off-ball defense as well as their overall playmaking and decision making. Edwards was the 3rd overall pick in the 2019 NBA draft, and George should also be a high lottery pick in the 2023 NBA draft. In the NBA, George will play a very similar role to Edwards, a score first guard that their team can go to when they need a bucket.
